Mitzi

Mitzi was and is a school rival and neighbor of Bloom in Gardenia. Socially ambitious to a fault, she spent the larger portion of her life trying to be the most popular girl at Gardenia, often annoying others through her incessant boasting. Mitzi comes from a wealthy family and expects to get anything she wants.

Season 1-She appears in Episode 1 "A fairy Gardenia" she comes of as a self-absorbed and arrogant person she brags about her scooter to Bloom. 

Season 2-She only apears in one Episode, where she invites Bloom and her friends to her Halloween party, she plays a prank on them, but backfires thanks to the pixies.Mitzi was still the same arogant character.

Season 4-She plays a bigger role in this season;it all starts when she adopts a pet from the Love&pet shop,not knowing that said animal was still under a spell of Ogron and the wizards, when the animal was involving into a mosterly creature Brandon saves her saying "Hi im Brandon and i just saved your life" she inmediatly falls in love and kisses him on the cheeck causing Stella to threaten her, Brandon points out that she doesnt know what happend, Stella leaves understandibly saddend,Mitzi stalks brandon everywhere, but when she over hears him saying that he only likes one girl and thats stella she trows her cellphone on the floor and whines, she decides to do a little spying and sees the Winx with Andy and the Band painting the rooms.later in the serie she and her friends get trained by Ogron And The Wizards and battle against the Winx, however like Mitzi said "they are to experienced for us, lets take the people thats they`re weak spot" after they lose Mitzi is not seen.
