Aurora is a powerful fairy in seen in Season 4 who resides in a floating castle called the Frost Tower. She is the Mayor Fairy of the North. Her castle is where the Winx Club use their Lovix powers.
Aurora set them up by claiming she doesnt want a Fire and Ice figth, "if you let me go i will stop the war" but was acctually waiting for the other Faeries to escape, she flees leaving the Winx in a breaking ice castle.
After allowing a duel between Bloom and Nebula on her Tower, she sides with Morgana against Nebula's madness for revenge. She appears again in the last episode of the fourth season, when the Earth Fairies liberate their magic throughout the world and it is assumed that she is helping the present Fairy Queen, Nebula, to restore the belief of Earth's people in magic and to make the world a better place.
